What to Do if Your Product Arrives Damaged
Upon receiving your product, carefully inspect the packaging. Be sure to note any visible damage, including to the box, on the delivery receipt. If you’re unable to inspect the package upon delivery but suspect possible damage, please write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) arrive damaged, take photos and email them to support@ThriveZonePro.com. We’ll respond quickly and arrange a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
