Although we aim to prevent delays, sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within 4-7 days. If a product has a longer shipping period, this will be clearly displayed on the product page. Order Cancellations

Handling Damaged Products
When your product arrives, we recommend inspecting the package for any signs of damage. If there’s any visible damage or concern, please note it on the delivery receipt. Should your item arrive damaged, simply email photos to support@ThriveZonePro.com for a swift replacement or compensation.
How to Place an Order
Ordering online is easy—just click “Add to Cart” on the product page and follow the steps to complete your purchase. To place an order by phone, call us at 833-958-4748 for immediate assistance.
Order Tracking
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your transaction and shipping details. We’ll also send a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. In case of out-of-stock items, you’ll be notified within one business day. Although we make every effort to keep items in stock, some may sell out quickly due to high demand.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied only to orders shipped to Delaware, which is where our operations are located. This can mean significant savings for customers outside Delaware.
Changing an Order
If you need to modify your order, please email support@ThriveZonePro.com. If there’s a difference in price, we’ll make the necessary adjustments on your card or send a custom invoice. Note that order changes are only possible before shipping.
